In this role, you will architect and execute a global workplace strategy that supports our engineering teams and aligns with our mission. You will establish global service level agreements, create key performance indicators (KPIs), and utilize workplace analytics to optimize our space and justify infrastructure investments. You will lead a multidisciplinary organization, foster a high-performance culture, and act as a steward of our company culture through change management, utilizing the workplace as a strategic tool for employee engagement. Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience in account or outsourcing management. A strong background in technological advancements, change management, organizational leadership, and compliance requirements related to workplace strategies is essential. A certification or industry designation in project management, engineering, or facilities services is preferred, along with experience in mixed-use environments. Excellent communication skills are vital for adapting messages to different audiences, and a proven track record in project management and stakeholder alignment is required. This role involves managing a multi-million dollar budget, emphasizing total cost of ownership and return on investment analysis. You will be responsible for future-proofing and integrating emerging workplace technologies into our strategy.
