This position is ideal for you if: You are a reliable leader with experience in financial institutions, ready to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a rotating schedule: Week A: Mon & Tues: 8:15am-5:15pm, Wed: 9:15am-6:15pm, Thurs & Fri: 8:15am-5:15pm, Sat: Off Week B: Mon & Tues: 8:15am-5:15pm, Wed: 8:15am-12:45pm, Thurs & Fri: 8:15am-5:15pm, Sat: 8:45am-12:15pm Key Responsibilities: Oversee branch operations, ensuring sales and service excellence while meeting our financial and compliance standards. Manage and develop branch staff, focusing on maximizing sales and branch profitability through effective coaching and training. Act as a loan liaison, ensuring compliance and timely approvals while meeting production goals. Enhance member engagement by actively participating in community initiatives and cultivating positive member relationships. Provide comprehensive training for branch personnel and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures. Monitor daily transactions to ensure accuracy and accountability within the team. Maintain the branch's physical and equipment needs and communicate any issues promptly. Prepare reports on branch activities, collaborating with the management team for strategic insights. Stay informed about industry trends to ensure our services remain competitive. Perform other duties as assigned to meet branch needs. Qualifications: 2-5 years of related experience in a financial setting. A high school diploma or GED is required; candidates must maintain active registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Ability to foster trust and diplomacy in interactions with stakeholders. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for required travel. Physical and Mental Requirements: Capable of performing sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Ability to operate routine office equipment and perform computer work for extended periods. Must demonstrate commitment to service excellence and uphold confidentiality in all interactions.
