About the Role: As a Brand Strategist for Amazon at AMZ Advisers, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our clients' brands on this vital platform. From onboarding new clients to navigating performance challenges and identifying growth opportunities, you will be a crucial advisor in their success journey. What You'll Do: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients, establishing clear goals and expectations. Engage in regular client communications to foster relationships and address needs. Conduct thorough assessments of client goals, needs, and market positioning to shape strategic direction. Identify high-potential accounts and devise strategies to optimize their performance. Perform comprehensive audits of client accounts, analyzing performance metrics, competitive landscapes, and market trends. Utilize SWOT analysis to inform data-driven recommendations for strategy development. Create tailored brand strategies that align with clients' objectives and target audiences. Utilize data insights and industry best practices to enhance brand growth, visibility, and long-term performance. Develop concise, actionable reports summarizing findings, strategic advice, and implementation plans. Present strategic recommendations to Clients and Account Managers, ensuring alignment on next steps. Collaborate cross-functionally to refine strategies for clarity and understanding. Continuously monitor performance data to identify areas for optimization and improved outcomes. Proactively adjust strategies based on performance metrics, market trends, and client feedback. Participate in daily stand-up meetings to address any issues swiftly and maintain project momentum. Skills We're Seeking: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Amazon advertising, digital marketing, or a strategic marketing role within an ecommerce team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective presentation of advertising strategies. Proficiency in advanced data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects effectively. Excellent time management skills with a capacity for multitasking. Strong written communication skills, with experience in producing strategic reports and presentations.
