Position Overview: The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for reviewing and auditing auto damage estimates on both repairable and total loss claims to ensure they meet accuracy, consistency, and client compliance standards. This role entails evaluating estimates from appraisers and utilizing auto industry knowledge to pinpoint discrepancies and provide insightful feedback, thus enhancing the overall estimating integrity. Work Schedule: Pacific Time, 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities: Regularly assess case files for accuracy, compliance with service agreements, and overall performance. Identify areas for improvement in service efficiency and quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate capture of all necessary data in the client relationship management system. Compile and submit audit results to management. Contribute to quarterly stewardship reports. Track ongoing action items and collaborate with relevant stakeholders. Maintain vendor resources for the mapping program. Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned. Support the organization's quality initiatives. Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred. Experience: A minimum of four years in investigative roles or a combination of education and relevant experience is required. Skills and Knowledge: Strong oral and written communication abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and other PC applications. Excellent analytical and interpretative skills. Outstanding organizational capabilities. Able to work independently or as part of a team. Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals. Work Environment: Reasonable accommodations will be considered where applicable. Mental: Requires clear thinking, excellent judgment, and effective problem-solving abilities, while managing stress and multiple priorities. Physical: Involves computer use and limited travel as necessary. Auditory/Visual: Requires good hearing, vision, and verbal communication skills. For this position, a credit security clearance will be required, verified through a background credit check.
