As an SAP ABAP Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our SAP environment by coordinating research and development efforts. Your expertise will guide our development staff through all stages of implementation, creating effective solutions that respond to the company's needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and debug ABAP applications across various SAP modules while ensuring high performance and availability. Translate complex business requirements into comprehensive specifications for the SAP system, working closely with business partners. Analyze application problems to devise logical solutions and recommendations. Execute system changes in line with the OD change management process. Create clear documentation for programs, training, and support in compliance with SOX regulations. Support existing applications, adapting quickly to the current design and code. Document unrecorded systems, programs, and interfaces, ensuring thorough records of all operational elements. Keep technical documentation current in response to new enhancements and changes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: 5-8 years of experience with SAP ABAP programming. Experience with SAP ECC and S4 is preferred. Proficient in using PC tools such as MS Office. Skilled in system/application design, testing, and end-user support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well in teams and engage with others effectively. Compensation Range: We offer a competitive salary range of $78,025 to $97,532, which may vary based on location, experience, education, and market conditions.
