OverviewLocation: NovaCare Chevy Chase, MD Position: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Vestibular, and Concussion Status: Full Time 40 hours Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00/ Hour Incentives: $3,000 Sign-on bonus  At NovaCare Chevy Chase, every physical therapist assistant's journey becomes a testament to excellence, innovation, and life-changing patient care. This position is ideal for a licensed PTA with at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience. Independent new graduates with relevant clinical rotations are welcome to apply. We treat a diverse population of teens through geriatrics, with specialty services including vestibular and concussion programs, in addition to general orthopedics and sports medicine. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours, treating until 700PM twice a week. The last patient is scheduled an hour before close. Early days begin at 7:30 A.M. Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff. Qualifications College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process) CPR certification Additional DataEqual Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
