Mobile Tire Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Quickly respond to roadside and on-site service requests using a fully equipped service truck. Efficiently mount, dismount, balance, and repair a wide variety of tires, including those for passenger vehicles, light trucks, commercial trucks, and industrial equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot tire-related issues while performing light mechanical repairs as needed. Conduct detailed inspections of tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation levels. Perform fleet inspections and preventative maintenance checks as required. Effectively utilize tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) and other diagnostic tools. Keep the service truck, tools, and equipment in excellent condition and ensure safety protocols are followed. Consistently adhere to DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clear communication of service details and timelines. Assist with warehouse or shop duties during periods of low service demand. Skills / Education / Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required. Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record (CDL preferred, but not mandatory). Ability to work overtime may be necessary. Experience with heavy-duty or commercial tires is preferred, but not mandatory. Physical capability to lift and handle tires weighing between 30-250 lbs, with or without mechanical assistance. Comfortable working independently in various weather and road conditions. Strong problem-solving abilities combined with excellent customer service skills. Benefits: 401(k) plan with company match.
