Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Senior Subcontracts Administrator, where your expertise will be crucial in shaping our proposal responses and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. You will play a key role in strategies for impactful negotiations while overseeing the entire contracting life cycle, focusing on minimizing risks and driving corporate success. Key Responsibilities: Carefully review and craft responses to solicitations with high-quality proposals. Collaborate closely with Business Development to create cutting-edge procurement strategies. Analyze contract terms and requirements to ensure they align with legal and corporate standards. Offer strategic guidance on contract-related activities to internal teams. Facilitate seamless communication with finance, accounting, and other business functions to resolve contract-related matters. Develop and execute negotiation strategies, assisting in discussions over contract terms. Coordinate with contracting officers to secure all requisite administrative documentation. Manage the contract change control process effectively. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date contract database, ensuring proper documentation is readily accessible. Oversee the entire contracting life cycle, from proposal preparation to contract close-out. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience managing subcontracts associated with Prime contract awards, including Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, and Time & Material arrangements. Deep understanding of FAR/DFARS, NDA, TA best practices, and CPSR compliance. Proficient in ERP systems, particularly Coupa, as well as the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with minimal supervision. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Self-motivated with outstanding multitasking and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated experience in complex subcontract negotiations and resolving disputes independently. Experience supporting Federal Health, Civilian, and DoD programs. Proven track record of adhering to CPSR standards and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
