Job Description: Crowe's entrepreneurial Federal Tax Consulting Services team integrates cutting-edge technology with a collaborative approach to deliver specialized federal tax consulting to a diverse clientele, ranging from middle market companies to Fortune 500 firms. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead our cost segregation engagements. The ideal candidate will assist senior leadership in expanding revenue by working with existing clients and exploring external opportunities generated by our business development team. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing project work plans. Leading cost segregation projects for both purchased and constructed properties. Managing comprehensive depreciation lookback analyses. Overseeing Section 179D and Section 45L incentive certification projects. Identifying value-adding opportunities and collaborating in a team environment to grow the business. Demonstrating proven leadership and project management skills while managing client service teams and multiple projects in a dynamic and interactive team setting to surpass client expectations. Utilizing strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Displaying advanced data management skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx. Mentoring and developing staff and seniors through on-the-job technical training and coaching. Exhibiting exceptional client service and communication skills to cultivate strong client relationships. Demonstrating a personal drive to develop oneself and others, providing leadership insights to the existing team. #LI-Hybrid Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Engineering is required, with a Master's in Taxation (MST) being a plus (non-CPA candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture). Minimum of 8 years of public accounting experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates from Big 4 or large regional firms. Experience in the related subject matter areas is preferred. CPA or PE credential is required (non-CPA candidates must have or obtain one of the following credentials - Architect, Professional Engineer, Certified Construction Manager, Certified Cost Estimator, or Enrolled Agent). The wage range for this role considers various factors critical for compensation decisions, including skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.
