Key Responsibilities: Craft and implement effective engineering Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using the best practices in manufacturing. Engage in design reviews with an emphasis on quality assurance and concurrent evaluation. Examine and validate engineering documentation including drawings, routings, and specifications. Design and procure required tools and equipment to improve production efficiency. Identify, evaluate, and resolve production challenges to optimize processes. Lead assembler training to foster innovative techniques and promote process improvements. Create prototypes applying principles of concurrent engineering as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field is required. 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering. Proficient in time management, problem-solving, and preventative measures. Experience with MRP Systems is advantageous. Preferred background in metal fabrication, welding, and topcoat applications.
