Fermentation Operator - Weekend Days

Pay: $24.50/hourSchedule: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm Responsibilities: Operate equipment in a hygienic and safe manner in accordance with all processing procedures Operate equipment such as fermenters, centrifuges, autoclaves, pelletizers, mills, and freeze dryers Monitor the production process and collect samples for various analysis Perform minor maintenance work and mechanical upkeep Safely moves equipment, product, and materials with powered pallet jacks Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in an FDA-regulated or controlled manufacturing environment preferred Background in industrial fermentation or pharmaceutical production is a plus #indMMIS
