Ford Java Full-Stack Engineer Hybrid On-Site Dearborn MI $50-65/HR Position Description Employees in this role develop and maintain the front-end (client-side) of applications-primarily web applications, but also mobile or mobileresponsive applications. They are responsible for designing and implementing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to deeply understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements-showcasing empathy and advocating for usercentric software solutions. Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering solutions using a variety of tools, programming languages, frameworks, and technologies. Align development work with established architecture guidelines to ensure a unified and coherent approach. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as product owners, designers, backend developers, and architects. Create mockups and prototypes to visualize new features, and participate in UI design reviews and product demos. Perform functional automated testing and UI testing to ensure highquality development. Continuously improve application performance by fixing bugs, optimizing the application, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Apply programming best practices, including crossbrowser compatibility testing, SEO principles, and accessibility standards. Design, develop, and deliver userfriendly, interactive experiences using enterprise brand standards and templates for consistent UI, leveraging technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React and Angular.
