Job Description As a key player in our HR team, you will serve as a trusted partner by delivering comprehensive human resource consultation and support to various business units. Your role will focus on effectively interpreting and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. You'll be instrumental in shaping workforce plans while considering external trends that may affect our operations. Your insights will help convert strategies into actionable results through organizational design and change management. Your responsibilities include: Collaborating with district leadership to align HR initiatives with both short- and long-term business objectives. Working closely with Center of Excellence (COE) partners to influence HR strategies, policies, and procedures. Utilizing people analytics to inform engagement strategies and collaborating with leaders on actionable plans. Leading talent acquisition efforts by partnering with the recruiting COE to address talent needs and progress hiring plans. Monitoring organizational headcount and financial budgets, swiftly resolving any discrepancies. Driving HR processes including coaching, associate engagement, organization design, workforce planning, and succession management. Executing training and development tailored to unique business needs while measuring return on investment. Overseeing crucial processes such as performance assessments, development plans, and succession planning. Collaborating with HR Business Partners to identify synergies and process improvements for a consistent HR experience. Managing the HR team's objectives, budgeting, timelines, deliverables, and quality of service. Supervising and mentoring your direct reports, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback. Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time to support business units effectively. You must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications Minimum Requirements 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist or similar HR role. Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all interactions. Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple projects and responsibilities effectively. Excellent collaboration skills across various business units. Outstanding presentation, oral, and written communication abilities. Capable of influencing all organizational levels through effective communication. Proven ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, and initiative. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. Experience with labor contracts. 2+ years in an HR leadership role. Relevant certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
