The Role As a People & Culture Lead, you will be a trusted HR advisor to executive leaders, aligning talent strategies with key business goals. Your insights will enhance leadership effectiveness and prepare our workforce for future challenges. This role primarily supports leaders in the Finance and Legal & Public Policy sectors. You will champion cultural transformation, integrating Lumen's values into organizational practices, facilitating a high-performance environment. Work Location This is a remote opportunity open to candidates across the U.S. Main Responsibilities Be the key HR leader for direct reports to C-suite and VP-level leaders, providing counsel on leadership, organizational capability, and workforce priorities. Build strong, strategic relationships with leaders to foster team effectiveness and improve communication. Collaborate with leaders to enhance capabilities and processes to support organizational transformation. Work with executive leaders and HR teams to align talent strategies with business objectives and ensure effective change management. Guide leaders through organizational changes, fostering a culture of adaptability. Utilize workforce analytics to identify talent trends, aiding in workforce planning and succession management. Act as a connector between business leaders and HR experts to drive alignment on talent priorities. Facilitate effective onboarding for new senior leaders, ensuring strong cultural integration and alignment with business objectives. Promote organizational culture by modeling core behaviors and reinforcing alignment between practices and company values. What We Seek in a Candidate Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Over 8 years of HR experience in complex organizational settings. Exceptional partnering skills across HR teams and with business leaders. Strong business acumen with a proven ability to connect strategies and HR initiatives to drive success. Expertise in coaching leaders to enhance their effectiveness and foster high-performing teams. Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on talent priorities. Experience in leveraging workforce analytics for data-driven insights. Comprehensive HR knowledge, including talent management practices. Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range based on current national data. Please note that minimums and maximums may vary based on location and individual pay is based on skills and experience. Location-Based Pay Ranges $103,711 - $138,281 in various states including AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY. $108,896 - $145,195 in states including CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI. $114,082 - $152,109 in states such as AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA.
