Join Our Team as an Assistant Hotel Operations Manager! Your Mission: Support the General Manager in Daily Operations and Achieve 100% Guest Satisfaction! In this crucial role, you will assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing property operations, ensuring top performance and continual improvement in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your focus will be on delivering exceptional guest experiences while demonstrating our core value to "Play To Win." Your Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Support the Hotel Manager in monitoring property activities, driving company initiatives, and managing monthly inventory of supplies while adhering to budgetary guidelines. Leadership: Act as a team lead for hourly staff, ensuring they meet company standards and performing training when the Hotel Manager is unavailable. Guest Relations: Serve as the initial point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues effectively or escalating to the General Manager when necessary to uphold guest satisfaction. Policy Compliance: Maintain and enforce hotel policies, ensuring prompt response to client requests with appropriate follow-up. Team Development: Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to prioritize tasks and promote open communication for optimal service delivery. Staff Development: Assist the General Manager in selecting and retaining staff, providing coaching and holding team members accountable for upheld policies. Training: Ensure all team members receive necessary training, coaching, and engagement to excel in their roles. Your Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a leadership or human resources role, preferably within hospitality, retail, or food service. Skills: Knowledge: Familiarity with office/human resources procedures and a solid understanding of relevant laws.
