Ideal Candidates Should Display the Following Qualities: As a General Manager, you will oversee all operations of an Arby's® restaurant. Manage team staffing, training, and development to ensure peak performance. Ensure exceptional service, quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold financial and operational benchmarks. Work shifts typically lasting 10 hours, with the ability to stand for extended periods. Perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, and bending, with the ability to lift 25 to 40 pounds. Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors through both verbal and written means. Accurately complete both manual and computer-based bookkeeping and paperwork.
