Physical Therapist (New Graduates Accepted) - Camp Springs, MD Location: Camp Springs, MD Job Type: Full Time H1B visa candidates are eligible and welcome to apply. About Us: We are seeking a committed and energetic Physical Therapist to join our team of highly skilled and patient-oriented clinicians. Our focus is on restoring function and preventing disability for patients with rehabilitation needs and/or physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy. We prioritize patient-centered care and strive for excellence in all we do. Responsibilities: Use therapeutic procedures, exercises, or equipment to restore movement, strength, and flexibility. Coordinate care and oversee the work of physical therapy assistants, rehab aides, and other allied health professionals. Periodically re-evaluate patient status and modify care plans accordingly. Educate patients and families about expectations throughout the recovery process. Document patient care services accurately and maintain patient confidentiality. Ensure compliance with Medicare and other quality initiatives. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards, procedures, and legal regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Valid license to practice physical therapy in [State]. Minimum 3 years of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient practice in the USA preferred. New graduates are also encouraged to apply. Proven working experience as a physical therapist (preferred but not mandatory for new grads). Excellent knowledge of physical therapy best practices and standards. Strong manual physical therapy skills. Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities. Ability to communicate and instruct effectively.
