We are seeking a Payroll Operations Specialist to join our dedicated team that manages financial activities, including payroll for over 350,000 employees across 28 countries. This is a chance for you to bring your expertise to a dynamic and diverse environment. Job Purpose As a Payroll Operations Specialist, you will oversee payroll processing, auditing, and quality control functions to ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies. You'll work with various payroll systems and procedures to enhance our processing methods, identify payroll errors, and develop audits to mitigate risks. Your role will involve correcting payroll errors and managing manual check payments. Your Tasks Manage multiple work queues and allocate tasks to team members effectively within SLA timelines. Propose process improvements and identify opportunities to mitigate risks. Oversee auditing functions for all payroll cycles. Develop and maintain audit queries and reporting to ensure compliance. Review payroll documents for adherence to labor and tax regulations. Prepare and communicate payroll audit reports to management. Assist in developing procedures for submitting payroll documents. Explain auditing procedures to internal stakeholders. Review interfaces between payroll and timekeeping systems to ensure data integrity. Establish professional working relationships with co-workers and management. Guide routine end-to-end payroll processes and transaction support. Your Profile Education: High School diploma. Experience: 2+ years in payroll, particularly in a multi-state environment. Extensive experience in US payroll processes. Familiarity with complex HR processes affecting payroll. Advanced skills in Excel. Knowledge of ADP Vantage and Kronos/WFM Timekeeping or similar applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
