We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented leader with effective communication skills. You'll need to understand the nuances of home health care delivery and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in home health and management is essential, along with a solid knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines, as you will review care plans daily. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license in the relevant state. Graduation from an approved professional nursing school. A minimum of one year of nursing experience within the last 36 months. Strong preference for candidates with Medicare home health experience. Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
