Supervise treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, emotional, and mental health needs. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards. Qualifications: Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification. ACLS certification within one year of hire. CRRN certification preferred (we can help you obtain it if you don’t have it already). 6 months of dialysis nursing experience required; 1 year of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
