As a Real Estate Sales Manager for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty, you will play a crucial dual role as both a strategic leader and a hands-on mentor. You will not only supervise; you will act as a business consultant for your agents. Your mission is to establish a vibrant recruiting engine centered on building a winning culture and driving performance. You will empower agents to elevate their businesses through active leadership, while achieving measurable results across your designated offices. This includes expanding headcount, enhancing retention, increasing tech integration, and growing market share. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Manage the Recruiting Engine: Identify and attract top talent from competing brokerages, focusing on productive agents looking for new opportunities. Deliver an Impactful Value Proposition: Move beyond traditional commission splits by highlighting the unique tools, support, and leadership our company provides, transforming interest into loyal partnerships. Ensure Compliance and Smooth Onboarding: Oversee recruiting transitions and onboarding processes in accordance with Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission (PREC) standards and company policies. Foster Agent Productivity: Assist agents in crafting business plans, leading accountability initiatives, and offering hands-on support to boost listings, pendings, closings, and overall performance. Enhance Talent Retention: Develop engagement strategies and support systems to lower turnover rates and nurture high performers within the organization. Promote Technology Adoption: Champion the use of proprietary tools and systems through interactive training sessions and practical applications. Collaborate with Branch Leadership: Partner effectively with office managers to synchronize efforts in recruiting, training, culture-building, and performance goals across various locations. Monitor and Achieve Key Performance Indicators: Manage a scorecard that focuses on net agent growth, retention rates, technology integration, and market share growth in your assigned region. Build a Positive Company Culture: Set high standards, inspire professionalism, and cultivate an environment where agents feel valued, motivated, and proud to represent our brand. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
