Overview Senior Vice President of Compliance and Quality Assurance Help at Home is seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Vice President of Compliance and Quality Assurance to spearhead the enhancement of our compliance initiatives in our multi-state home-based care organization. This vital executive role is critical in fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and integrity across our operations. We are looking for a candidate with extensive regulatory knowledge and outstanding interpersonal skills, someone who can effectively guide our Board and executive team and build strong relationships with caregivers and operational leaders. This role is not just about corporate compliance; it's a strategic and operational leadership position that demands persuasive skills, approachability, and the ability to convert complex regulations into practical strategies. The base salary for this position ranges from $288,000 to $300,000, accompanied by a bonus opportunity. Our Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Generous paid time off and holidays Employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives Flexible work options to promote a balanced lifestyle Responsibilities Develop and refine the company-wide compliance strategy to align with our growth and regulatory requirements Assess current compliance capabilities and improve team structure, processes, and engagement in the field Oversee compliance monitoring, audit readiness, and risk management across multiple states Translate home care and home health regulations into straightforward, actionable guidance for operational teams Increase compliance visibility and engagement within field operations, including essential travel to key markets Collaborate with clinical, operational, HR, and legal teams to embed compliant decision-making in everyday operations Lead investigations and devise plans for corrective actions Advise the executive leadership team and Board regarding compliance risks, program effectiveness, and emerging regulatory trends Qualifications What We Seek Required: Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree or Juris Doctor preferred Preferred: Certification in compliance such as CHC, CHPC, or equivalent A minimum of 10 years of senior compliance leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare setting Deep understanding of home care, home health, PACE, or similarly regulated community-based care models Proven track record managing audits and navigating multi-state regulatory complexities Strong ability to influence others without direct authority and thrive in matrixed, fast-paced environments Excellent relationship-building skills, engaging effectively with both field teams and executive stakeholders Demonstrated executive presence with experience communicating with Board-level audiences A strategic thinker who can also dive into details when needed Our Commitment Help at Home is dedicated to fostering a culture of superior quality, safety, and compliance.
