Thoroughly document all procedures, guide new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards. Ensure a tidy, safe workspace while adhering to regulatory and accreditation requirements. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certification Necessities ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification to be achieved within one year of hire. Maintain an active certification throughout the duration of your employment.
