Full-Time | Typically 38-42 Hours Per Week Lead Commercial Plumbing Projects with a growing Team An established commercial construction team is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman / Superintendent to lead plumbing crews on large-scale commercial projects in the Durham and Triangle area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, understands commercial plumbing systems, and enjoys leading crews to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. What You'll Be Doing Lead the Crew Supervise and support journeyman plumbers and apprentices on commercial job sites Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently Maintain strong job-site communication and productivity Keep Projects Moving Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Perform material takeoffs and coordinate materials needed for the job Ensure plumbing installations stay on schedule and meet project specifications Coordinate with Other Trades Work closely with general contractors and other trades on-site Help resolve scheduling conflicts and keep the project running smoothly Ensure Quality & Safety Maintain high workmanship standards across the job site Ensure installations meet plumbing codes and safety requirements Promote a safe and organized work environment What We're Looking For 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience Experience leading plumbing crews on commercial projects ($500K - $2 million) Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and plumbing codes Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What You'll Get $38-$40 per hour Company truck and fuel card 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Performance bonuses Steady commercial project pipeline Why Skilled Plumbers Join This Team Work on large commercial projects throughout the Triangle Be part of a professional crew that values craftsmanship Opportunities to lead projects and mentor younger plumbers Stable work environment with consistent hours Great benefits!
