As a Pharmacy Quality Specialist, you'll support Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program activities, coordinate with providers and pharmacies, and ensure members receive the guidance they need to manage their medications effectively. Location: Durham, NC Job Site: Remote Pay Rate: $24-32 per hour Shift/Hours: 10am - 7pm Employment Type: Temporary Start Date: March 2026 Assignment Length: Through November 2026 Why This Role Matters This position plays a key part in supporting Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services by verifying member information, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communication across members, pharmacists, and providers. Your work directly supports Medicare Star performance and quality initiatives within a leading healthcare organization. What You'll Do Verify member demographic, provider, and pharmacy information and update records within the MTM platform Contact members to explain MTM program benefits and schedule Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) or Targeted Medication Reviews (TMRs) Receive and respond to inbound calls from members, pharmacies, and provider offices, determining next steps and escalating as appropriate Coordinate outbound faxing and conduct follow-up communication with healthcare providers Assess member needs and appropriately triage to clinical pharmacists or other departments Support Medicare Star measures and other quality focused initiatives What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in a related field Active North Carolina pharmacy technician license (PTCB preferred) Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In it For You A role that directly supports member health outcomes and quality care initiatives Experience in MTM workflows, pharmacy quality programs, and member engagement The opportunity to work with a respected healthcare organization known for service excellence Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Full tuition coverage Employee Assistance Program Referral bonuses And more!
