Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is a regular, full-time position that primarily works daylight hours, Monday through Friday. A perk of this position includes fully remote work arrangements! This role is essential in shaping and guiding strategic decisions within Human Resources. This position utilizes a blend of analytical, technical, and operational skills to create, deploy, and oversee business intelligence solutions that provide critical insights to HR leadership. Daily tasks may involve developing, implementing, and maintaining sophisticated reports and BI platforms, as well as analyzing data to uncover trends and opportunities in business processes. Responsibilities: Responsible for the development, execution, and management of advanced reporting Compile and QA data utilized for periodic scheduled and ad hoc reporting Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies Identify trends that will help managers and executives make business decisions to improve outcomes/processes in the organization. Develop deep understanding of data contained within multiple systems and detailed understanding of multiple HCM Cloud application modules Work with end users to translate business requirements into technical requirements for advanced custom reports Provide insight for process improvements across functional areas Act as a liaison with co-workers on technical and data specialist teams to address issues Develop and execute testing plans prior to the release of new reports. Perform annual review of reports and dashboards for relevancy and enhancements Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting or a related field required and 3 years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Cognos, OTBI, BI Publisher, Cloud Analytics and complex data analysis required. OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Cognos, OTBI, BI Publisher, Cloud Analytics and complex data analysis required.
