Water Projects Supervisor, AWS Water Team

In this role, you will manage water-based cooling system infrastructure projects in collaboration with internal teams, including construction, engineering, operations, and environmental specialists. Your responsibilities will include: Executing and overseeing water treatment and operations projects, identifying optimal design criteria for scaling initiatives across North America. Collaborating with engineering consultants, general contractors, and local utilities to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Delivering projects that support AWS's water sustainability goals and monitoring operational efficiency. Acting as the central point of contact for water and wastewater treatment systems and maintaining strong relationships with utility partners. Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action (CA) for deployed water systems alongside internal teams. Tracking and enhancing the reliability and maintenance of water systems to ensure water supply resiliency for data center cooling. Facilitating compliance with federal, state, and municipal requirements and building codes. Overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance testing of water treatment equipment. You will join a dedicated team that supports AWS data centers by managing critical infrastructure. The base salary range for this position is as follows: USA, Chicago - $96,600 - $160,000; USA, Columbus - $96,600 - $160,000; USA, Arlington - $96,600 - $160,000.
