As a part of our efforts to expand One Medical, we are looking for a full life cycle recruiter to join our Patient Operations recruiting team. As a member of the One Medical Patient Operations Recruiting team you will partner with operations and lab leaders to hire patient-facing team members who deliver exceptional care and support to our patients. This includes our Lab Service Specialists, Member Support Specialists, Health Navigators, Practice Coordinators, among others. You will own searches for markets across the country, implement strategies to problem solve, and develop a strong candidate pool through creative sourcing techniques. You'll conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, prep candidates and hiring managers, and skillfully guide offers through to acceptance. Key job responsibilities Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for patient-facing roles across multiple markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates Deliver exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, effective positioning of opportunities, and consistent touchpoints throughout the hiring process Partner with hiring managers on talent strategy, conducting kickoff meetings, providing regular updates, and advising on candidate closing strategies Lead internal recruiting efforts for promotions and career development opportunities while maintaining high recruiting standards Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships - 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, which must include 2+ years in high-volume recruiting - Healthcare recruiting experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team - Experience in healthcare or service-oriented recruiting - Experience with Greenhouse ATS - Experience with programmatic recruiting, such as university recruiting Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
