Customer Satisfaction: Lead your team in providing quality food and a welcoming dining experience. Operational Excellence: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, equipment readiness, and operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Motive and guide your team to deliver exceptional service. Ensure that guests enjoy a delightful dining experience with friendly service and quality food. Maintain cleanliness and equipment standards throughout the restaurant. Oversee financial management, including proficiency in understanding P&L statements. Comply with all local laws, regulations, and company policies. QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication skills. Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. identification. Willingness to undergo a background check; ability to work with minors. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Reliable transportation to and from work. Positive attitude and readiness to embrace the Mitra culture.
