This role focuses on organizing existing programs, reviewing compliance against standards, and working directly with operations and sanitation teams to close gaps. Key Responsibilities:Review sanitation programs against company and regulatory standardsOrganize existing records and documentation for audit readinessIdentify gaps and drive completion with sanitation supervisors and operations teamsStructure validation and verification records (cleaning validation, equipment swabbing, run lengths)Verify contractor cleaning program compliance and documentationUpdate procedures and supporting documents as neededTrack action items and follow through to completion on the plant floorCommunicate status and escalate roadblocks Qualifications:Experience in manufacturing, food production, quality, sanitation, or compliance environmentsComfortable working on the production floor and collaborating with hourly teamsStrong organizational and documentation skillsAble to work independently and drive tasks to completionExperience with audits, inspections, or regulatory programs preferredBachelor's degree not required - practical experience valued Preferred Backgrounds:Quality coordinator / QA techInternal auditor / compliance specialistProduction supervisor with documentation experienceFood safety or sanitation program supportManufacturing project coordinator Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
