Summary: Join our innovative FP&A team at Meta, where you will be a key player in managing a substantial budget for our revenue and expenses. We oversee strategic investments in headcount, operating expenses, capital investments, and more. As Meta leads the way in artificial intelligence, our data centers are crucial to our mission. We are looking for a skilled Finance Associate to handle financial planning and analysis for our Network Infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: Build strong partnerships with crucial stakeholders while managing a comprehensive financial portfolio, including Operating Expenses, Depreciation, R&D, Inventory, and multi-billion-dollar Capital Expenditures. Lead essential monthly processes such as financial close, tracking actuals against forecasts, and crafting clear narratives around financial data. Oversee all FP&A activities, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Provide valuable insights through standardized reporting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and portfolio planning. Design and implement processes to automate and optimize reporting, and develop financial KPIs and metrics to enable informed decision-making. Manage ad hoc strategic projects and drive process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Establish best practices and policies for effectively managing the company's Network Infrastructure. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to understand and guide business investment decisions. Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of experience supporting a capital-intensive business through finance, business operations, or strategy consulting. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization/dashboarding. Familiarity with accounting principles and financial planning, especially Capex and Opex. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines. Interest in networking technology, digital infrastructure, supply chains, and data center hyperscaling. Demonstrated communication skills with a proven ability to develop business partnerships. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing financial close, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Skilled in fostering relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in finance, accounting, engineering, and supply chain. Familiarity with Hyperion Essbase and Oracle Financials. Understanding of digital infrastructure, hardware, and supply chain management. Aptitude for navigating ambiguity and resolving unstructured problems. Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
