Your Role as a Pharmacist Manage daily pharmacy operations to exceed patient and customer expectations. Contribute to the creation of pharmacy policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory requirements. Engage with the interdisciplinary team to utilize vital information for enhanced patient outcomes. Ensure the accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications, meeting all legal and professional pharmacy standards. Qualifications State pharmacy board licensure in good standing for the state where the hospital operates. Graduation from an accredited pharmacy program or an equivalent degree.
