The opportunity We seek an Alliance Relationship Partner Program Associate Director (ARD) to manage our SAP partner programs, focusing on collaboration, governance, oversight, compliance, and performance intelligence with SAP. This is a remarkable chance to collaborate with teams globally and across multiple EY service lines and sectors. Your key responsibilities This role, part of the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team, entails providing management oversight for our key alliances. Specifically, the SAP Partner Program ARD will engage with Global SAP Alliance teams and stakeholders to achieve the objectives of our alliance partner programs. Your principal responsibilities include: Developing and executing the SAP alliance partner program strategy. Accessing and deploying SAP level programs and driving compliance and activation globally. Delivering precise financial reporting and metrics for assessing the impact of individual alliance partners. Activating new countries and regions globally, ensuring proper governance and approval for new programs. Driving compliance with internal policies and requirements. Contributing to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network through knowledge sharing and market insights. This role is flexible, enabling a mix of virtual work and regular coordination with global team members, with some travel anticipated. Skills and attributes for success To qualify for this role, you should possess: The ability to manage multiple activities and provide enablement services in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, and operational support. A solid understanding of SAP technology and the business advantages of relevant alliance partner products and solutions. Experience in alliance management or business development in a technology or professional services context. A track record of successfully building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships. Strong networking and influence management skills to drive actions to outcomes across organizational boundaries. Excellent communication skills coupled with strong organization and project management capabilities. The base salary for this position in the U.S. ranges from $168,700 to $324,800, with higher ranges for specific regions.
