This role is responsible for ensuring the branch operates at 100% capacity, every day.The Branch Manager is the direct leader of the Dispatch Manager, Parts Manager, and Estimator, and is accountable for how well those departments perform together. If there is an issue within the branch, the Branch Manager owns it.
