Position Overview: The Senior Power Platform Engineer is an essential member of our agile Product Engineering team, spearheading major engineering initiatives. This role requires you to lead projects autonomously, collaborate with your peers, and maintain effective communication within the team. Key Responsibilities: Leverage your technical skills to complete complex tasks that align with project objectives. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure compliance with established coding standards. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for application development. Develop a deep understanding of all applications and code, including third-party integrations. Design and present Proof-of-Concepts for innovative solutions and technologies, while offering valuable insights to the team. Identify and implement consistent work process improvements. Business Context: Understand business operations and team goals, linking them to individual tasks. Product Knowledge: Maintain extensive knowledge of specific product areas. Hiring & Organization Design: Contribute effectively to the hiring process and team composition decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. 5-8+ years of relevant experience. Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns. 3+ years of experience in C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery. Experience with model-driven Power Apps customizations and advanced configurations. Proficient in Power Platform development (Plugins, Workflows, Actions). Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services/Power BI reporting. Experience with Dynamics 365/Dataverse modules (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service). Knowledge of Power Apps Solution and Security Management concepts. Experience in data migration tools like SSIS, Microsoft Fabric, and others. Excellent debugging skills. Strong experience with Power Automate and Portal/Power Pages. Familiarity with Azure services (Service Bus, SQL Database, Data Factory, Functions, API Management). 3+ years in Agile environments. Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for project management and Git for version control. Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus. Experience with CI/CD for automated deployments is preferred. Experience with unit testing in Visual Studio is a plus. Technology certifications are encouraged. Work Location and Benefits: We welcome applications from candidates across the United States, offering remote work options. The compensation for this role ranges from $99,500 to $223,500 annually, based on experience, skills, and industry standards.
