Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of our Construction Materials Testing (CoMET) unit. In this pivotal role, you will uphold our corporate policies while fostering strong client relationships and overseeing essential operational activities. Your responsibilities will include being the technical lead for the CoMET unit, ensuring the highest quality standards for all projects, and managing budget expectations effectively. You will lead a talented team of 5-6 direct reports, collaborate closely with clients, and work in partnership with other department managers to address personnel and equipment needs. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in maintaining stakeholder relationships and delivering outstanding results. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Minimum of 9 years' experience in geotechnical and construction materials engineering Active PE license Expertise in developing and reviewing technical and cost proposals Proficiency in CAD and Smartsheets Strong experience in performance evaluations The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can track expenses and develop quarterly and annual plans for the CoMET team.
