Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist

We are currently seeking a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist/Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner (PHDHP) who is passionate about promoting oral health and providing preventive dental care to our student population. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to support our mission and contribute to student health and success. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive preventive dental services including assessments, radiographs, prophylaxis, scaling/root planing, fluoride treatments, and sealants. Offer chairside oral hygiene instruction and nutrition counseling. Participate in school-wide oral health education initiatives. Ensure compliance with OSHA/CDC infection control standards. Maintain dental equipment and supplies. Work across three school-based dental clinics serving both Elementary and Senior Schools. Schedule & Pay: Up to 29 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday (7:30 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.) Compensation ranges from $32.41 - $43.27 per hour, commensurate with experience and PHDHP licensure. Qualifications: Associate degree from an ADA accredited dental hygiene program. Minimum 1 year of experience in general dental practice. Active PA RDH and PHDHP licenses. Current CPR/AED certification. Ability to work effectively with children of all ages. Experience with Dentrix/Dolphin is a plus.
