PURPOSE Safely and efficiently transport students to and from school. IMPORTANT DETAILS Work Schedule: School year Work Hours: Morning routes typically occur between 6:00am-9:30am. Afternoon routes typically occur between 2:00om-5:00pm. Additional mid-day and after-school routes are available for bid by interested Bus Drivers. Incumbents must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License issued by the State, meet State Department of Transportation physical requirements, and abstain from narcotic drug use and excessive drinking. The employee must have sufficient physical and mental abilities to operate a school bus in a safe manner.
