Maintenance Planner Scheduler

Aegis is seeking a maintenance planner scheduler to join our clients organization. This position is on first shift. Hiring Manager Notes: High school diploma or GED Technical associates degree- preferred! 5+ experience within maintenance At least 2+ years of experience in a maintenance planner/scheduler position Industries- open on this. Something similar to food would be ideal (Chemical, pharma, beverage) CMMS System experience- MQ1- AX- MVP is preferred! CMMS administration experience- able to update with accurate and new information, update system with PMs, and able to create work plan to members of the maintenance staff. Experience with GMPs (Good manufacturing practices) Knowledge of maintenance process and effective use of work order system Customer service skills- able to communicate via phone or email to clients or vendors! Microsoft Office Experience Experience communicating within all levels of an organization. Work Conditions: Must be able to perform physical requirements of job as needed (i.e. bending, squatting, walking, reaching, pulling, pushing, crouching, standing, sitting, lifting to 100lbs Comfortable with OT is necessary Able to work in temps of 40 degrees or less.
