We are currently seeking an Associate Director, AI Model Operations, to enhance our Digital Nexus Technology organization. This position offers a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of AI-driven technology products by employing agile and other product management methodologies; align tactical plans with the strategic objectives of AI/ML models and organizational priorities. Maintain comprehensive AI model roadmaps, lifecycle processes, governance controls, and feature backlogs with a focus on business outcomes; monitor risks, issues, model performance, regulatory impacts, and overall platform health. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, proactively suggesting improvements for client engagement; manage complex assignments and extensive programs, including model-enabling services like ingestion pipelines and production model operations. Lead teams by removing obstacles and ensuring they have the necessary tools and guidance, while collaborating with architecture, security, and engineering teams to meet release-readiness requirements. Optimize governance and integrated management of resources, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and value-driven project execution; regularly present executive-level status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Engage frequently with delivery partners and department leaders; contribute actively to setting departmental strategy and priorities. Uphold KPMG's standards for integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility in maintaining a respectful work environment. Qualifications: A minimum of eight years of experience in advanced program or product management, with a focus on AI/ML model lifecycle management preferred. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree and PMP certification are preferred. Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-phase projects ranging from nine to twenty-four months. In-depth knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), infrastructure deployment, IT transformation, and industry best practices. Strong decision-making skills and ability to autonomously handle complex challenges. Exceptional communication, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills; proven ability to motivate teams and drive strategic initiatives. Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
