We hire the best people for the job, equip them with what they need, and empower them to do whatever it takes to get the job done right, including making decisions on the spot to create immediate value for our partners Position Overview: The Compact Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of compact equipment, including Water Trucks, Skid Steers, Mini-Excavators, and Haul Trucks to ensure efficient and safe operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or landscaping and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Schedule: 7am-3pm; Monday- Friday Key Responsibilities: Operate Water Truck for dust control and site hydration. Skillfully operate Skid Steer and Mini-Excavator for site preparation, material handling, and excavation. Safely operate Haul Truck to transport materials to and from job sites. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to execute project plans effectively. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Compact Equipment Operator or similar role. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Familiarity with safety standards and best practices Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
