Responsibilities: Provide personalized medication counseling and clinical consultations for patients managing complex therapy regimens, including diabetes, hypertension, MS, and other chronic conditions. Review and verify prescriptions accurately using Pioneer Rx software. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
