Responsibilities include symptom management, pain control, emotional support, and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team. This role may involve home visits, facility-based care, or both.Shift may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Floating may be required. Compliance onboarding will take approximately 4–6 weeks. Voice advantage and nurse manager interviews are part of the screening process.
