Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance our professional services. Your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining and improving existing Engineering applications and programs. Gathering requirements related to information needs from end users. Extracting, consolidating, and compiling data from various sources (SQL Server, MongoDB, NoSQL, Open Query, C#, etc.). Building SSRS reports and/or QlikView dashboards. Conducting ad-hoc data analyses to provide decision support. Supporting and maintaining existing transportation optimization software and tools. Developing proprietary automation and decision support tools as needed. Using SSIS to develop and deploy ETL packages. Completing other duties as assigned. Qualifications Self-motivated, highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Technical proficiency with various data sources (SQL Server) and MS Office. Experience with MS Visual Studio / C# programming is a plus. Proven ability to work with SQL Server stored procedures and build reports using SSRS. Knowledge of SSIS packages and SSAS cubes is desired. Experience with ETL tools, particularly SSIS, is preferred. Familiarity with MongoDB Compass or NoSQL is highly desirable. Proficiency in QlikView or other similar BI tools is a significant advantage. Experience in data science (statistical modeling) and operations research (optimization, simulation, heuristics) is a bonus. A college degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems is required. At least 2 years of relevant work experience is necessary, with a background in the trucking or transportation industry preferred. C.R.
