Bonus Program: As General Manager, you will have the chance to earn a performance bonus based on restaurant results, paid during each pay period. Your responsibilities as a General Manager: Enhance restaurant profitability by managing cash flow, ensuring security, controlling inventory levels, overseeing labor costs, and analyzing financial reports for well-informed decision-making. Recruit, interview, and hire team members and management staff. Coach and train all employees to achieve operational excellence and a successful restaurant environment. Conduct inventory counts to effectively manage stock levels. Maintain a clean and enjoyable restaurant atmosphere, ensuring every guest has a welcoming experience and enjoys high-quality products. What you bring to the team: A minimum of one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in the food service or retail industry, with profit and loss responsibilities (quick-service experience is preferred). Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week. Physical capability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, navigate compact spaces safely, and operate kitchen equipment. The expected starting pay is between $62,353 and $70,000 per year.
