Senior Accountant/Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accountant/ Financial Analyst. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong foundation in accounting, public accounting experience (audit & assurance), and ideally, exposure to the manufacturing industry. The position will be 80% focused on financial analysis and business partnering with operational leaders across business segments, and 20% on accounting responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Partner with business segment operations to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive performance improvements.Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to support business planning and analysis.Analyze key financial and operational metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analyses.Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA a plus.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, with a strong accounting foundation.Public accounting experience in audit and assurance preferredManufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.Compensation:$90,000-$95,000Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan PTO is offered on an accrual basis Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance If you are interested in this position or any other Accounting and Finance career opportunities, please apply and contact Kellie Sclafani at [email protected] Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please visit
