Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software is a major plus. You must be able to type quickly and accurately while talking. Self-Starter: You are punctual, enthusiastic, and ready to work. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $15.00/hour. Commission: Performance-based bonuses with the potential to earn $50,000+ per year.
