Position Overview: As a Home Inspection Specialist, you will use Asteroom's state-of-the-art equipment and user-friendly mobile applications to gather essential property information and create captivating 360° property tours. This unique position allows you to apply your home inspection skills while engaging with exciting technological advancements in the real estate sector. Requirements: 6+ months of relevant experience in real estate, data collection, or photography - OR - 12+ months of exceptional customer service experience. Licensed Home Inspectors are preferred. Must be willing to operate as an Independent Contractor. Ability to travel and work at client residences (compensation provided). A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and results. Must be able to pass a background check (cost covered by the company). A mobile device capable of running our applications. Strong understanding of property data collection, virtual tours, and the real estate industry. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Professional appearance and adherence to dress codes while on-site. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must possess or be willing to obtain an EIN (Employer Identification Number) or operate under an LLC or registered business name.
