Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is dedicated to pioneering innovative technologies that address critical patient needs, helping them lead longer, healthier lives. Key Responsibilities: Play a pivotal role in Health Care Professional (HCP) Education, specializing in Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve Replacement (TTVR) and image-based navigation, while leading training efforts for both new and established sites. Exhibit thorough knowledge and expertise in TTVR therapy. Educate Physicians and healthcare professionals on device handling, implantation techniques, and troubleshooting for the equipment and tools necessary for successful device implants. Provide on-site, real-time support during clinical implants, including contingency planning for unexpected situations during assigned clinical trials. Act as a mentor for new Clinical Specialists as needed. Document and analyze procedural case observations for continuous learning and professional training improvements. Assist in developing and refining training curricula, materials, and tools, leveraging insights from clinical trials and real-world experiences. Deliver training to physicians, hospital staff, and personnel on technical, procedural, and imaging elements of our programs through structured training initiatives. Ensure ongoing follow-up training for physicians and medical staff, fostering continuity in education and technical support. Collaborate effectively with Commercial Sales, Marketing, Global Training, Clinical Development, R&D Teams, and Sales Operations to enhance training and optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with Global SOPs and TMTT policies and procedures during training initiatives. What You'll Bring: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 8 years of relevant medical device or clinical experience, or a Master's Degree with 6 years of experience. The ability and willingness to travel 75% nationally. Preferred Qualifications: Formal education in a relevant specialty such as Nursing, Physician Assistant, CV Sonography, or as a Physician, with experience in the industry. Experience with EVOQUE TTVR is a plus. Proficiency in interventional echo-navigation imaging, particularly with 2D/3D TEE and CT imaging is highly desired. Background in interventional cardiology or cardiothoracic surgery is advantageous. A comprehensive understanding of cardiovascular science and valvular heart disease processes. Exceptional skills in facilitation and presentation. Strong project management capabilities. Expertise in MS Office Suite and related software. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a multicultural, matrixed organization. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Knowledge of Edwards policies and clinical education guidelines. Comprehensive understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology. Awareness of medical device regulatory requirements. Commitment to managing confidential information responsibly. Strong attention to detail and professionalism in all interactions. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A dedication to teamwork and consulting management for continuous improvement. Compliance with all company regulations and safety protocols. The base pay range for this position is $157,000 - $223,000, dependent on various factors including location, qualifications, and prior experience.
