Who We're Looking For: We seek a resourceful, systems-oriented individual who excels in uncertain environments. 3-5+ years of experience in launching B2B SaaS products Proven track record of building products from the ground up, particularly for non-technical users Comfortable navigating highly regulated or operationally intricate markets Possesses strong product instincts combined with analytical thinking Bonus: Experience in logistics, supply chain, or fintech Experience working in early-stage startups If you are passionate about transforming operational challenges into smooth, elegant systems, we want to hear from you! Your Responsibilities: Oversee the entire product process from customer discovery and prioritization to delivery and launch Translate complex logistics workflows into clear and user-friendly product experiences Collaborate with engineering to implement AI features that users can trust, setting rigorous standards for accuracy, confidence, and explainability Establish the product's foundational elements: instrumentation, metrics, release processes, and scalable systems Engage directly with customers to gain in-depth insights into their workflows and pain points Work alongside the go-to-market team to foster user adoption, retention, and expansion This role is a true founding Product Manager position, allowing you to influence not only the features but also the product philosophy and operational framework of our company.
